Help: Want Older Version of Samsung Health to Work on current phone

I just upgraded my phone to thme z flip 3, and I love it. But my last phone let me use an older version of samsung health. I despise what they have done to the newer versions over the years, and I had no problem logging into the old version. I use an apk of the older software, and it works well until my samsung account closes it. Any advice on how to get my phone to let me use the older software?

Unfortunately if Samsung account is catching the old APK file app probably won't be a work around unless is disable the Samsung account and lose it's features
