I was wondering if you can set it up so that you can say a voice command on the clock face of the watch to launch s voice? Also can s voice give you sports scores?

No, you have to activate S Voice manually-either by selecting the icon or setting it as the double tap home button shortcut.
She wouldn't tell me the Brewers score from last night, but ymmv.
What about navigate to a certain place... Closing time... Phone number.. Etc?

Here's a (fairly) comprehensive guide Using S Voice™ on my Samsung Gear™ 2 : Galaxy Gear | Samsung
(navigate does not seem to work. yet.)
There's a new app in the Gear Manager apps called Gear Navigator. I haven't tried it yet although I have downloaded it. Check it out. Looks promising.
Ah! A fellow Brewers fan! Cool. I did see that the Google Search feature on the phone itself came up with the score pretty as you please. I don't have to read it either; it speaks it to me which I prefer :D
S Voice is improved on the Gear 2, but Google Search is still quite a bit ahead in terms of context searching and variety. I can't wait to say "OK, Google....Take me home" to my lockscreen and have it speak GPS directions while I drive, never even looking at the phone, much less unlocking it. 'OK Google' voice commands are now available inside apps and from the lockscreen
And , Yeah! The Brewers are on fire! ;) lol Gennett is on fire | MLB.com
