New Update... Anyone have problems?

ever since the update i've been having a more difficult time initially pairing up the watch and phone and the watch with bluetooth headphones.

latest (todays update) won't install on my note3 ...getting constant : network error.
any ideas?

you should also check if after update your settings as everything I had before got erased and default setting were in it's place, even my selection of turning off "Auto Update" was hacked by new Gear Manager update, that would be fine if it had any sense of reliability to it.
