Switching without resetting

Can anyone tell me how I can switch between my two Gear 2s (gold and silver) without having to factory reset and then restore?

I just got my gear 2 yesterday. I have a work phone and play phone and this is the biggest disappointment. I don't think Samsung is gonna care about this as there are probably very few of us that have this concern.
