"Failed to Connect to Services"

I recently factory reset my phone and restored everything back to it. My watch connects fine, and appeared to be working correctly, until I tried to use the Endomondo Gear app. When trying to connect, the watch says "Failed to Connect to Services." Anyone else see this message or know how to fix?

I fixed my own problem. I had factory reset my phone, and restored app+data from Titanium Backup. For some reason, something didn't get linked right between the watch and phone because apps like Endomondo, Strava, etc wouldn't connect to the watch, but everything else did.

I basically did another factory reset. Then, installed Gear Manager from app store, connected watch, and checked it worked right. Then, restored from Titanium. Since Titanium only restores uninstalled app+data, it skipped over the Gear Manager and didn't rewrite anything, so the watch is working good now.
