Don't you think it would be painful and frustrating to try to surf the internet on a screen that is less than 1 3/4" across?
It sounds like you want a wrist mounted phone, not a smartwatch. The Gear 2 was designed to complement your phone, not as a replacement. It's main uses are notificatons, pedometer, and quick replies to some messages.

I don't think the Neo can do much like other smart watches. Not sure if many can do Web browsing, but maybe. The Gear S is more like a phone and probably could.
