messages not posting on watch

my text messages are not coming thru on my watch but they show up on my S5 phone. I tried to go to "messages" in settings but I got stumped. Anyone have a tutorial to watchor read?

Managing what notifications get pushed to your gear is all down through the Samsung Gear Manager app. Pretty straight forward app, should be easy to figure out once you play miss around in it.
