    I have had my Gear fit for 1 week was working fine . As of yesterday sensor on watch is not working green light has stooped flashing. I have reset it several times but still not working.

    I'm facing same issue. Tried resetting several times but still not working. And Samsung care center in my city dont have equipements to work on gears. So have to visit big cities to get it fixed.

    Mine started to drop in the number of steps counted when I walk to and from work each day, was doing about 10000~11000 steps a day, only scraping about 6~7000 steps up until yesterday.

    Did the thing that most people did, which was to perform a reset and then a more thorough factory reset.

    Now the device sensors are not working at all, not the steps counter, heart rate scanner or even the accelerometers that usually detect your arm lifting up as to display your current stats.

    I think an update came through within the last few days ~ a week ago, so suspect that... but also wary it could just that a key component is fried.

    Going for an RMA, but maybe someone has come across the same problem and a solution?

    Have the same issue here. After the update, the greenlights for HR and all the sensors just stopped working. I've been trying to get help from the Samsung forums, and no one there seems to have the same issue. Fit 2 pro was fine for months, after that update, seems like I just have a watch.

    Wish I didn't update at all. Samsung customer support is no help too, keep referring me to repairs which unfortunately is miles away since the one nearby doesn't support wearables.

    Any troubleshooting tip other than the resets/factory reset would be much appreciated.

    same problem here, HR monitor out and now it stopped counting steps... 5 month old gear fit 2 pro!

    many people seem to think its due to an update... i dont know... i think its just a piece of crap hardware defect.

    i sent it back to samsung who said to buy another, they cant fix it due to water damage!

    Besides washing my hands, its never been near water! SOB!

    by the way...i bought my gear fit pro online at target during a special offer...i think it was for black friday..
    dont know if anyone with gear fit pro2 problems got theirs at target...maybe they were selling a bad batch with known defects?
