    I purchased a brand new Samsung Gear S a few years ago from a Canadian retailer (cannot recall the store name). I recently reached out to Samsung support in US and Canada, asking to have it unlocked. I provided them the IMEI no., model - even S/N, however none of CSR was able to help me get the watch unlocked because they are saying it is not in their database.

    If Samsung support in NA cannot figure out who's wireless network provider it is locked to (so they can provide me the unlock code), who else should know??? I am puzzled and disappointed.

    How do I get to know that information - who should I be contacting?
