My parents travel to the USA and bought for me one of this whatchs.
I'm trying to pair to my Moto X2. The issue I am having is that it says the reactivation lock doesn't match my samsung account.
Error message:
"The Samsung account you are signed in to does not match the Samsung account that was used to turn on Reactivation lock. Tap SETTINGS to sign out, then sign in to the correct account."
I call to Samsung and to Amazon and they only told me that they can refund me the price, but i´m not travelling to the USA
so PLEASE: If someone have sell your watch in amazon please unlocked it, it could be mine and i will be able to use it.
