Is it possible to connect my Gear S2 with a Note 3?

is possible Gear s2 connect with note 3

I paired my note 3 with gear s2 by samsung gear application ,
But notification not displays on gear.
For solving this problem contacted samsung helpline (smart tutor app )also.
But the result is same.
Have any soloution?

1) I'm guessing your Note 3 is running 4.4 or higher

2) You have the latest version of the Gear software?

3) Depending on who your carrier is, might be the issue

4) If on AT&T, you do know that Number Sync will not be available to you because of your Note 3.
