I got a UK version of the Gear S2 that comes with the phone, charging dock, USB cable, and a UK charging brick (not compatible with US power outlets. I assume that the charging brick is the only difference. Does it matter what charging brick I connect the charging dock to? If so, what are the specs for the US charging bricks that come with the US version of the Gear S2?

Thanks. I look forward to pairing it to my S7 edge!

Just to be 100% safe, read the manual to make sure to read the manual and see if it mentions a maximum input for the charger. If it does, don't go over this and you'll be good.

I'd say use one of the $5 charging bricks from a gas station that don't put out much power. I've used these for wearables since a more powerful quick charging brick is overkill and could damage the battery.

You can probably use any Qi enabled wireless charger as well. I know I was able to use my old Nokia pad for my old Moto360

Turned out not to be an issue. Even though it's a UK model, it ended up coming with a US charging brick. I'm really enjoying this watch!
