Display goes off and on while charging

The last update that my gear s2 received had a few minor changes. I have noticed ever since the update my watch, while charging, the display will flash on and stay on for 15-20 sec. and then go off. It will to this randomly all night long while it is charging. Any idea what is causing this?? I have done a factor rest and it still continues.

I have a version of that problem. It looks like it's pretty common, and since it's initiated since an update, must be software-related. One can hope that Samsung will fix in a future update.

I noticed this too, I wasn't sure if it was just super sensitive to vibration/motion after the update or if it was a software problem unrelated to the motion sensors. I did a quick test of setting "Do Not Disturb" and then setting it on the charger. Unfortunately I could set a coffee mug down next to it and the screen still lit up, seems like the "Do Not Disturb" or being in the charger shuts down the motion sensor properly, hopefully they can update this quickly for those that like to charge their S2 overnight while they are sleeping.

Still no updates and i still have the issue. It is driving me crazy!!
