Hello,
Yesterday I was changing a watch face from one to another and the watch froze up for a bit, and I ended up having to restart it. I then immediately went for a run and it didn't record any steps and didn't automatically start a workout like it normally does. I did another restart but it still wasn't adding steps.
Today, it's still not counting steps. Furthermore, I'm not getting any notifications! Nor is it recording my heart rate even though it looks like it's going but then it tells me it's unable to.
This morning I started a workout and it did record that and sync it (even though no steps).
Basically, it's telling time and that's pretty much it... I think this thing has bit the dust... lasted a year, pretty pathetic

if by restart you're turning it off and back on and that's not fixing it, then maybe try a factory reset? it's in the settings under gear info
