Why is my Gear S2 suddenly not holding a charge?

Gear S2 suddenly won't hold a charge for even 8 hours. May be correlated to an upgrade of Samsung Gear that just occurred.

I am not sure but I think there is a new software update, look at the battery graphs if it is possible.

I had exactly the same issue after the update. Couldn't see any reasons from graphs.

Switching both the watch and phone off and on seems to have settled it down for me

I've noticed that if the watches Bluetooth isn't connected to the phone, the battery will drain fast. Once I put the watch on airplane mode, the battery drain stops.

That sounds like the LTE radio is draining the battery. Are you in an area/building with poor reception where it's constantly searching for a signal?

Actually, now you mentioned it, yes I am. The new building I work is horrible when it comes to LTE connection.
