Gear S3 Numbersync and Reboot

My Gear S3 seems to disconnect from NumberSync randomly. When I try to re-enable Numbersync I would get unavailable at this time sort of message. So I tried to reboot the watch and boom it works instantly again. Wouldn't this seem to indicate the issue is on Watch side. Its not that big of a deal to reboot the watch, just wish it would work correctly with numbersync that was a main reason I bought the device.
