How do I change temp from C to F?

I have a Gear s3 Frontier LTE from AT&T. I recently changed the watchface to one called "Gear Dashboard." It gives me both battery percentage and outdoor temp on screen.

The Outdoor temp is taken from the Accuweather app built into the watch.

Issue: Before changing to this watch face, my temps were always in Fahrenheit degrees. After the change, the temp only shows up in Celsius degrees, both on the watch face itself and in the separate Accuweather app.

Question: I can't find any place in settings to change from one temp scale to another. Anyone have ideas/help on how to change from C back to F?

It has to be changed through the watch face settings.

Tried that. Can't find any settings adjustment for the watch face.

I also tried changing to a different watch face, but this is the only one I have that will display temp, so the Accuweather app also is locked into C.

In your Samsung Gear app on your phone you need to go in to "apps" then press the settings icon next to the weather app. There you can choose between C and F.
