ATT NumberSync Issues

Every other day I get a text saying NumberSync for wearables has been disabled. I have called att and they are telling me some blackcat system they have keeps disabling it and that they would escalate the issue but it never gets resolved. After going into settings on the watch I can re-enable it after a combination of rebooting the watch and turning it back on in settings. Any idea how to make it stick for good?
