wearable on-the-go charger?

As someone who likes to wear my watch at all times ... to track sleep ... it sure would be nice if someone invented some sort of wearable battery disc that could slip between the watch and wrist so we could charge the watch on the go. Heck, I would buy two of these and simply swap them each morning.

Even better would be a smartwatch where the band was the battery. With the quick release pins, we could swap bands each morning too.

I'm not complaining about the battery life of the S3 ... it is amazing ... but I would like to find a way wear the watch ALL THE TIME.

Well, it's not really the sleep tracking I value but, rather, the ability to receive on-call alerts without waking up my family. My wrist vibrates and I can just leave the room without waking anyone up.

Regular analog watches charge via solar charging and movement charging, think it's called kinetic charging. Couldn't one of those methods be incorporated in a smart watch
