The heart rate sensor turns itself on

Specifically, the S3 Frontier does occasionally switch on itself with a heart rate sensor, a green flash ..... I turned off heart rate measurement, I don't know why this is happening?

Do you have any automatic activity detection options enabled? The watch also uses the sensor occasionally, however, for on-body detection.

It's good, it only takes 1 minute and just stops, but every day it repeats at least once.

Yup, that's pretty much standard body detection.
