E-mail problem sending

I've had my moment since March of this year and I love everything about it. But I have been having problems sending e-mail. It receives e-mails with no problem but when I go to respond to one or send a new one it always says connection error. I have deleted the accounts and set them up again but nothing.

They are POP accounts. When I set them up it does it's test with incoming and outgoing with no problem. But when I try to send an e-mail then I get the error message.

Any suggestions? I usually don't send e-mail from my phone but it would be nice to be able to if I want to. I've looked everywhere but haven't found an answer.

i had the same problem once but it only happened one time so i dont really know what i did to fix it

When I send a photo email it usually doesn't get delivered until the next day. It's rediculous. Doesn't matter if I send it gmail or my yahoo account.
