Email Notifications

I am receiving the regular notifications that I have gmail. And, I am receiving Gmail notifications that I have Gmail. TWO.

Then, I am not receiving ANY, not one, on the Yahoo mail. It seems to be set up properly, but is not downloading email except hit & miss.

What do I need to do? I want to be able to get one notification for gmail, one for yahoo, and to utilize the "Email" icon on the front of my program menu.

Do you have your Gmail account also set up on your Mail app (not the Gmail app, which is automatic)? If so, I'd suggest deleting it from the EMail app, or if you prefer to have it there, turn off the Gmail app's notifications. Go to the Gmail app > Menu > Settings > Email notifications > Uncheck.

Do you have your Yahoo Mail set up on your Mail app? Is it POP or IMAP?
