My wife and I are both new to Android. I bought the hero and I bought her the Moment. Yesterday was our first day with the phones and her Moment somehow went in the Airplane mode. The battery had to be pulled to reset it, because nothing else worked. When we would look up airplane mode on the phone it would say off, but it wasn't.
Now I have done searches on here and not much has come up. I have read this being a problem on sprint forums. Also when we were buying the phone another person was returning the phone becuase of this same issue. It was the first we heard about this.
Anyone come up with a reason the phone is doing this?
