I probably already know the answer to my own question but maybe I am missing something here so I will ask anyway, but is there any way to close the browser window other than just hitting the Home key? If I return to home and then hit the Web button again it takes me back to where I was. I feel like the browser is still running and I really would like to close it out just like you do on your home pc.

Browser was still running on the device.. I use an app called Advanced Task Killer, or go into settings, manage apps, select browser, then force close.

You have to use ATK to shut it down. Or just get Dolphin. It allows you to exit from the menu but, and clear the cache while doing it.
