Can I sign-up and use Samsung Pay on a Verizon Note 5 that runs on AT&T 4G LTE?

My Note 5 has never had a Verizon SIM card inside.

I've always used it with my AT&T SIM card since unboxing. It runs very fast on AT&T's 4G LTE network.

Will I be able to sign up for Samsung Pay and use MST to pay for stuff?
