My new Platinum card has not arrived 2 weeks later, so today I went online to my account and ask them to send me a new onethis meant they would have to cancel the original number, and issue me a new one.
The old number was an upgrade from my previous gold card, so had been carried through in Samsung pay as is. Couldn't have been much more than 10 to 15 minutes after I had requested the new card, I got a Samsung Pay message that they had updated my app with the new credit card number!
