    I installed it. (doh!) How do I uninstall it?

    You can uninstall the Knox application files, but as of now there is no way to eliminate it from the bootloader. Trying to replace it with a different bootloader will brick your phone.     I purposely entered the password wrong until I was out of attempts. That deletes Knox mode.
