How to remove a duplicate icon in application pages? I have word with friends game app. It did an upgrade today and now I noticed a second icon for the app in the applications pages. When I went to remove the extra icon - the msg said it would remove the app. My question is - does that delete the app or just remove the icon? When I look in manage apps - I did not see a 2nd install of this app. Is there a way on the stratosphere to remove icon in apps pages without uninstalling the app? golf is one example I'd get rid of too..
#2 -- quick office free version was on the phone when I got it - I upgraded to pro. now have a pro icon & the free version icon in apps pages. I'm assuming I can remove the free version? not effecting the pro version? same goes for an app called cam scanner. And when I go to manage apps I do see the 2 versions - pro & free.
