ByPass the Setup wizard without a sim?

Samsung S SCH-I405 and trying to bypass the setup wizard screen and hope someone has done this or a link to it? Although it's not really a biggy if there was a big dev section on custom ROM's which I could just use adb to push everthing needed, but this is only stock I have restored and pushed CWM 5.0 as well, Appreciate the help if possible

Go to emergency contacts, click one of them proceeded by clicking it again, click three dots in the top then add to home screen and when the window appears to add icon hold finger on that icon and drop it on home screen where it will leave you.
You should be able to get the rest from there I hope.

I think this could really work if I had any contacts and it does not allow me to create any.
