Shield Android Photo Browser

I have Samsung Note phone, the photo Gallery works great, is there another photo browser I can use that works and you don't have to have a PHD to operate?
The Shield one is more than just bad! I want to keep pictures on my sd card, but have not found a way to get it to save there.

Quickpic is a good alternative that I really like. However, if you issue is having photos saved on the SD card, then you will need to manually move those over unless there is a setting that allows you to automatically save the photos to the SD card rather than the internally memory.
