Nowhere on site can I find a login, but im bombarded with offers to set up an acct.

You can try the mobile app for the forums it's more user friendly.

.for web browser you have to tap 4 bars to left >choose forums>tap create a account>register or already member log in

Welcome to Android Central! The reason you're being bombarded with offers to set up an account is that you need to have an account in order to log in. Or are you saying you already created an account and can't figure out how to log in?
