LG Ad Narrows the Forum Page - How Much Longer Will This Continue?

For a while now, every forum page opens normally (full screen) for me, then about 4 seconds later the page narrows down to about 60% because of a pop-up stationary ad from LG. This type of annoying pop-up ad does not endear me to any LG products. How much longer will this ad-narrowing display campaign continue? Is there a forum or browser setting I can choose to remedy this irritation?
I've been a forum member for 6 years and I think this may be the first time I've registered a complaint about the site...so, all things considered, your site and the forums are still top notch. Thanks.
