Problem updating email address

The site is not letting me change my email address. I keep getting the following error:

An Update Error Occured: Account information cannot be changed if username is invalid.

I emailed Sunday night. Got an automated response that my message was received (with a ticket #), but no response since. How long should it take for someone to get back with me?

Our Office Manager gets requests from members from ALL the sites as well as stuff from the bosses above. I'm not sure how she finds time to get ANYTHING done, but she does! Patience young padawan, you'll hear back soon!
