Hi, I'm having a problem with Snapchat on my Samsung Galaxy Alpha and I can't seem to find it anywhere else on the internet. A while ago my friend sent me a video through Snapchat and when I tap on it the screen is black, I get no error message, and no matter how long I leave it there it won't load. I can't seem to get rid of it and haven't been able to see any of the other snaps I've received from this person. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that didn't work, and I'm able to view all snaps from anybody else, it's only this one snap that's broken. Does anybody know how to fix this?

    Thanks.

Exact same problem here. You can view other snaps from the person if you swipe left to the chat dialogue, but it's still very annoying - is there no way to delete a snap from my inbox, or get the person that sent it to delete it? Because it will never register as viewed, it's always up front blocking the newer snaps.
