CM7.1 WiFi Issues on Verizon Droid X

I am running CM7.1 with the Recovery flashed using ROM Manager to Droid X 2nd Init. Yesterday, WiFi was giving me issues and would not connect. Last night, I did a battery pull for 2 minutes and WiFi worked fine until about 5 hours ago. When it stopped working, battery was at 80%. The WiFi status just says "scanning" for about a minute, then says "disconnected" for about a minute, then back to "scanning" again. I am sitting right in front of the wireless router. No amount of rebooting, power cycles, battery pulls, enabling, disabling or Recovery flashes is fixing the issue, and my battery has dropped from 80% to 20% in 5 hours. Also, the bottom of the phone is hot. I am loving CM7.1...it's a shame if I'm not going to be able to use it - WiFi is a necessity. Has anyone seen this problem or know what the cause might be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
