Questions about a rooted droid incredible

so i rooted my droid incredible yesterday and i now see the superuser showing up. I still dont understand how to make my phone tether for free. I also am wanting to change my ROM but not quite sure I understand how that works. Can you please email or call me and walk me thru this process?

Just download the wireless tether app from the market and use that. And go ahead and use rom manager to install roms the easy way. Just make sure to always do a backup before you install any rom. Rom manager will do everything for you, just follow the steps and check what you want it to do for you.
