So I recently tried to install kitkat on my Galaxy S2 Skyrocket, but when i went to install it in recovery mode, it failed (i think it was because of twrp not flashing it right) so now whenever i try to reboot i go straight to recovery because i wiped everything on my phone. Anyone know how to get any version of android on here so i can fix this and download a updated version of TWRP?

Welcome to the forums. Your best bet now is to reflash a ROM from the SD card. Once you have one on a card, reboot the recovery and that should refresh TWRP to reading the card slot.
