LG Optimus L90 D415 - Someone help me please??

I have an LG Optimus L90 D415 and really need help. I flashed cyanogen 11. I wanted to get rid of it so I wiped my phone from the custom recovery and took it off. I had a back up of the stock rom and it failed to do a backup. So I turned off my fone, but I didn't know that my bootloader was locked, so now I can't get to recovery no matter what button combination I do, so it just stays frozen in LG Logo cuz there's no OS. I need help ASAP.
