What happened to my android studio?

I am coding in android studio but i can't seem to find my design preview.

Shall I move this to Developers?

Try going down an API level or two. (And make sure you update whenever there's a prompt - when Pie first came out, I had to go down to Oreo to see anything on the design view - I'd put a textbox on it, and as soon as I let go of the mouse button it disappeared - but it was there. Weird bug.)
