Getting the subscription only features from android app for free.

If I learn Android programming then can I able to take any Android subscription based app and unlock all it's paid features by myself by tempering the code, is it possible? By editing some .Dex files etc

And, no, you won't be able to, without a lot of years of experience. You\re dealing with runtime code, not something you can read once you learn programming and the relevant languages. (That's like the statement that no one can edit IBM microcode. It's almost true - I once worked with one lady who could. That doesn't mean that anyone could study for a few years, then be able to do it.)
