    Phone was having issues and I've tried everything. Doing a reset to factory default, doing a hard reset by holding down vol and menu while powering up, nothing works. Clock is missing and so is the little weather widget on main screen. Not sure if I got a virus or what.

    Is there someone who knows how to load a fresh version of Android onto a phone? Anyone I could hire to help me get my phone working properly?
