cant add Google account, playstore etc not working
Hi guys,
I have a new Sony Xperia m4 aqua. Everything was fine, allowed it to update to android 5.0, seemed to still be OK but then realised playstore wouldnt load, nor will Google now or youtube.
I scoured the net, so have so far cleared cache and data of playstore and services, disabled and re-enabled store and services app, Restarted phone.
Youtube did start working again after restarting services!
When I go to accounts there isnt a Google account listed, when I try add a Google account the same happens as with other apps, it seems to hang. Google now asks me to sign in and doesnt do anything else. Playstore just has the loading circle going around.
I havent reset my phone, holding off on that one. Also read about rooting it. Saw a method of listing disabled apps for a Samsung but cant list disabled apps on sonh
Driving me nuts!
