Xperia L video playback problems

my xperia L was working well in playing the builtin videos but now every time I play them ,error shows : 'cannot play video.invalid url' and 'cannot play video'.
please help

hello am sorry but i really need your help because ever since i started using this app my phone isn't working that properly. its not allowing me to pick up my calls or messages. want i want is for this app to go off.

I don't know the answer myself, but as this thread is pretty old, perhaps re asking the question in General help and how to?

The only thing g I can think of to try is to reset the device.
