Sony Xperia E4 doesn't have a recovery mode

I'm writing to you because my phone doesn't have a recovery mode. I tried a lot pressing in any way, but no solution for my problem. the E4 is stuck in KitKat because it hasn't recovery and the Sony's phones doesn't have recovery partition. And cannot be installed a custom recovery. The Boot.img cannot be loaded, it always fails. in XDA aren't developers for this phone. I'm writing this because we want the knowing of these problems and we're asking for help here, because no place replays us. Thanks for your time.
