Update appears to be the February Security update which was released by Android on Feb 1 2019 as per details at 'source.android dot com' website:

Google released it to Google phones on February 5th (first Monday). Since Sony has a different date, it could be that they released it early (they get it a month early to add the hardware interface), or it could be an earlier update.
