    I'm having connection issues with my brand new Xperia Z Ultra C6833 on the T-mobile network. I know that this phone supports T-Mobile's 4G LTE network, and I have excellent coverage in my area, but I only have one bar of service when connected to their 4G/3G network, but full service on the 2G network. What should I do? I can provide any extra information if it helps.

    Welcome to Android Central.

    Have you spoken to T-Mobile about it? It may be a bad SIM, or a faulty device.
