I can't see all my apps and pictures that is save in my memory card

hey yow! I noticed that whenever I restart my mobile all my apps that's was saved in my memory card get vanished.. I mean it's still in there if I check it in the setting >>storage>>on SD card.. but the shortcut thing for app in homescreen and other folders and pictures in my album it's not in there.. can please someone help me with this.. thanks.. im using xperia Z lollipop 5.1.1

Welcome to Android Central! It might be related to a problem with the SD card itself, or with how the phone interfaces with the card. Try using a different card first.
