No sound in calls

Hi everyone, I got a weird problem here. I can't hear any sound while I'm on line, when I call someone or someone calls me they can hear me well, but I just can't hear anything. I got this problem months ago, and my Xperia Z runs on 5.1.1 lollipop. Any solution please?

Welcome back! Can you hear them if you use speakerphone, or a wired/Bluetooth headset? If so, then the earpiece speaker might have failed.
