Under call Settings is an option for 'Hearing aids', you get that type of icon when an option for this is ticked. The icon is basically telling you that a hard of hearing option of some sort is selected.
    ImpalerPLM and Yathani like this.

To further explain, that is the symbol used for an induction loop. Basically if you had a hearing aid device and you would tune it to T-"channel", you would get the audio from the phone there, I suppose.

Around here many educational places and fe. churches have induction loops with that exact symbol. So when the people with hearing aid come in, they can easily hear the stuff spoken into the mics through their hearing aid.
