Phone woes

I posted this in the Z3C section as well. Thought I might get some help here as well, but this is for a Z3C..

Long story short, caller ID isnt working on my phone. Also the only way I can answer a call is if I open the phone app, after answering machine picks up. A caller will hear voice-mail, then me chime in. It's a real pain.

Any ideas?

Just in case anyone else has this issue, I reset the phone and all is well.
